Payment Method-All payments must be made by credit card.
Payment Timelines- All professional fee payments must be made in full before services are rendered.
Refund Policy
All agency professional fees are in addition to the fees charged by tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, hotel suppliers, and any other travel service provider included with your booking.
All agency professional fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for the time and expertise provided by your travel advisor.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking, for any reason, a $200 + HST cancellation fee will apply in addition to any supplier-imposed cancellation fees.
This cancellation fee is non-refundable.
